Dr Alison Callwood will detail her extensive post-doctoral research studies centred around ensuring equitable and feasible MMIs conducted over the last 10 years. Most recently this includes building the first asynchronous MMI platform and optimising accessibility for neurodivergent applicants. There will be an opportunity or discussion, questions, and shared experiences.
