Start from the front page of the library and click “Renew loans”. You can also go in to JYKDOK and log in there

The default password or PIN is created from your birthday and month. You can change the PIN by accessing your JYKDOK account and going to the “profile” tag

If renewing a loan is not possible, the check box is not available, instead it says “Cannot renew”

Short loans cannot be renewed. Renewing a loan is also not possible, if someone has placed a request on the book

You cannot renew any loans, if your library card has expired or you are suspended because of unpaid fines
